WFINT Put Option

B.S.D Crown Ltd (LSE:BSD) ("BSD" or "the Company") WFINT Put Option Tel Aviv, Israel, 7 May, 2015 The Company refers to its announcements of 4 and 6 February and 4 and 23 March,2015 and to the Company's prospectus dated 29 July, 2014 (the "Prospectus").Capitalised terms used below but not defined, will have the meanings ascribedto them in the Prospectus. The Company received notification from Mr Zvi Williger and Zvi V & Co. CompanyLtd. of their intention to exercise part of their rights under the WFINT PutOption in relation to 166,666 shares in WFINT to be acquired for considerationof USD 2,000,000. On 7 May, 2015, the Company paid the amount set out above and acquired theshares set out above. As such, the Company now directly holds 2.29% of theshares of WFINT and indirectly holds a further approximately 37% of the sharesof WFINT through WFI.
