Range advises that following the Company's correspondence with ASX, relating to reinstatement of Range's securities to official quotation on ASX, the Company released information reflecting the position on a pro-forma basis after completion of the tranche 1 funding from Beijing Sibo Investment Management LP, as requested by ASX, which can be accessed at: http://www.rangeresources.co.uk/framework/documents/displaydocument.asp?doc=1341
The Company's shares have been reinstated to trading on the ASX with effect from 9 June 2015.
