Further to the announcement of 11 August 2017 (RNS Number 7743N), International Petroleum Investment Company PJSC (IPIC) has now received the funds required to be paid by 31 August 2017 to complete the performance by Minister of Finance (Incorporated) Malaysia and 1Malaysia Development Berhad of the payment obligations that were initially due to be performed by 31 July 2017 under the Settlement and the Consent Award and to pay default interest on the delayed payment.
