Update on placing and holding in Company
Paternoster announces it now expects the placing announced on 9 December 2014 to complete tomorrow, 23 December 2014, when the 95,000,000 new ordinary shares being issued in connection with it are now expected to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission").
Holding in Company
Following Admission, Mr Mike Prentice's holding of 53,422,439 ordinary shares will represent approximately 7.9 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
