BB Holdings Limited provides update on Cockleshell Limited acquisition

Belize City, Belize, 7 May 2009. BB Holdings Limited (London: BBHL) (the "Company" or "BBHL") today announces that, further to its announcement of 6 April 2009, it expects to complete the acquisition of Cockleshell Limited today. As consideration for the acquisition, BBHL will issue 41,088,934 ordinary shares of no par value (the "New Ordinary Shares") in the Company to shareholders of Cockleshell Limited. Application has been made for the 41,088,934 New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and it is expected that these will be admitted to trading on 8 May 2009.

Following the admission of the New Ordinary Shares, BB Holdings will have 103,642,984 ordinary shares in issue.
