Transfer of Treasury Shares
Headlam Group plc ('Headlam') announces that on 24 June 2013, the following ordinary shares have been transferred from treasury stock for the purposes of employee share scheme allotments.
1,730 ordinary shares at 251.00 pence per share.
Following the above transfer of treasury stock, Headlam held 1,821,064 ordinary shares as treasury shares. The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held as treasury shares) was 83,542,679.
