TRANSFER OF TREASURY SHARES
In accordance with the provisions of Listing Rule 12.6.4, the Company hereby notifies you that on 14 June 2011 it transferred 5,240 Ordinary shares held in Treasury to four participants (non-PDMR's) to satisfy the maturity exercise of options at 98p per share under the Hays plc International Sharesave Scheme.
Following this transfer, Hays plc holds 79,851,635 Ordinary shares in Treasury. The number of shares in issue is 1,384,244,931 (excluding Treasury shares).
