Regus plc Treasury Shares

Pursuant to Listing Rule 12.6.4, on 25th June 2009 Regus plc (the 'Company') re-issued 498,322 ordinary shares which were held as treasury shares to participants in the Regus plc Co-Investment Plan and the Regus plc Long Term Incentive Plan at nil cost.

Following the re-issue, the total number of ordinary shares held as treasury shares is 1,576,498.

As at close of business on 25th June 2009, the Company had 949,393,324 ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares) in issue.
