Transfer of Shares

 

Phorm, Inc., (AIM: PHRX and PHRM), today announces that the Company has applied to AIM for the following shares to be transferred from the unrestricted line, trading under PHRX, to the restricted line, trading under PHRM.

Following the transfer of these shares the Company still has a total of 75,491,515 issued and outstanding Common Shares trading on AIM, of which 74,682,990 will be in the restricted line, trading under PHRM, and 808,525 in the unrestricted line, trading under PHRX. 45,000 of the aforementioned PHRM Common Shares are held in treasury.

 

No new shares have been issued and dealings in the shares under the new ticker symbols are expected to commence on 13 December 2011.
