NewRiver announces that on 17 July 2012 the Company was informed that, David Lockhart, Chief Executive, transferred 140,000 ordinary shares from a personal holding to his SIPP at 180p per share on 17 July 2012. Mr Lockhart's beneficial interest in NewRiver is unchanged by the transfer.
