International Petroleum Investment Company PJSC - Transfer of CEPSA from IPIC to CEPSA Holding LLC

International Petroleum Investment Company PJSC (IPIC), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mubadala Investment Company PJSC (MIC), has transferred its interest in the entire share capital of Compañía Española de Petróleos, S.A.U. (CEPSA) to CEPSA Holding LLC, with an effective date of 31 December 2017. CEPSA Holding LLC is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mubadala Development Company PJSC, which is itself a wholly-owned subsidiary of MIC. The transfer will be registered on completion of customary filing requirements in Spain.
