Transaction in the Company's own shares

The Income & Growth VCT plc announces that on 7 July 2017, it purchased 57,463 of the Company's own ordinary shares at a price of 84 pence per share for cancellation.

Following this purchase the Company now has 72,879,626 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in issue.

The Company was satisfied that all inside information which the Directors and the Company were previously in receipt of had become publicly available prior to the market purchase being completed. Therefore, the Company was not prohibited from dealing in its own securities.
