Purchase of Own Securities
On 13 October 2022, the Company purchased 260,000 ordinary shares at a price of 935.4446p. The shares purchased will be held in Treasury.
Following the purchase of the above shares 217,969,065 ordinary shares of 5p each will remain in issue. The Monks Investment Trust PLC will hold 18,484,794 ordinary shares in Treasury.
