Transaction in Own Shares

London & Associated Properties PLC ("the Company")

On 19 November 2007 the Company issued from Treasury 248,840 shares to cover the payment of bonuses to directors and staff at 96.25 pence per share.

Directors and PDMR's receiving shares and directors' new beneficial holding totals are as follows-
