The Company announces that, on 22nd February 2018, it purchased into Treasury 150,000 Ordinary Shares at GBP7.8216 per share.
Following the transaction, the Company holds 3,856,862 Ordinary Shares in Treasury.
The shares in issue, less the total number of Treasury Shares, is 274,062,091. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
