Transaction in own shares
Penna Consulting, the international human resources consulting group, announces that it has purchased 30,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 131p per share.
The purchased shares will be held as treasury shares. Following the above purchase, the Company holds a total of 374,090 Ordinary 5p shares as treasury shares and has a total of 25,701,014 Ordinary 5p shares in issue (excluding shares held in Treasury).
