Managed Growth

The Company has today purchased 12,898 Managed Growth shares into Treasury at 806.61 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 6,795,951 Managed Growth shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Growth shares in issue less the total number of Managed Growth shares in Treasury is 30,892,579.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.

Managed Income

The Company has today purchased 97,255 Managed Income shares into Treasury at 102.86 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 11,163,448 Managed Income shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Income shares in issue less the total number of Managed Income shares in Treasury is 69,702,704.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
