Purchase of shares for cancellation
Matrix Income & Growth 2 VCT plc announces that on 28 October 2011 it purchased 44,168 Ordinary Shares at a price of 62.9 pence per share for cancellation.
The Company further announces that on 31 October 2011 it purchased 220,882 Ordinary Shares at a price of 63.5 pence per share for cancellation.
Following these purchases there are now 25,359,455 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence in issue.
