The Company announces that, on 6th December 2017, it purchased into Treasury 89,000 Ordinary Shares at GBP7.5590 per share.
Following the transaction, the Company holds 2,134,921 Ordinary Shares in Treasury.
The shares in issue, less the total number of Treasury Shares, is 275,784,032. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
