Foresight Technology VCT PLC03 July 2006 TRANSACTION IN OWN SECURITIES The Board of Foresight Technology VCT plc announces that on 30 June 2006 theCompany purchased for cancellation 120,000 Ordinary shares of 1p at a price of46.55p per share and 130,000 "C" shares of 1p at a price of 76.50p per share.
