The Company announces that it has today purchased 105,149 ordinary shares into Treasury at 468.91 pence per share.
Following the transaction the Company holds 70,794,225 shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 210,839,685. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
