Maven Income and Growth VCT 3 PLC - Share Buy-back and Total Voting Rights

On 6 November 2014, Maven Income and Growth VCT 3 PLC (the Company) purchased, for cancellation, 42,000 of its own Ordinary Shares at 76.5p per share.

As a result, and in accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company confirms that its issued share capital at the close of business on 6 November 2014 comprises 36,945,444 Ordinary Shares of 10p each, with each share carrying one voting right.

The above figure may be used by Shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, to notify their interest, or a change to their interest, in the Company.
