REA announces that on 12 May 2014 it sold 25,000 of its ordinary shares of 25p each that were held as treasury shares at a price of 457p per share to Mirabaud Pereire Nominees Limited. Following such sale, the company does not currently hold any ordinary shares in treasury and has 35,085,269 ordinary shares in issue.
