Matrix Income & Growth 2 VCT plc announces that on 3 October 2008 it purchased 115,475 Ordinary Fund Shares at a price of 73.5 pence per share for cancellation.
Following this purchase there are now 11,375,533 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence and 9,145,990 C Ordinary Shares of 1 pence in issue.
