NewMedia SPARK PLC20 December 2006 NewMedia SPARK plc 20 December 2006 Purchase of own shares NewMedia SPARK plc (the "Company") The Company announces that yesterday it purchased 750,000 of its Ordinary Sharesof 2.5p at a price of 15.2p per share. These shares will be held in Treasury. This purchase equates to 0.18% of the Company's issued share capital.
