The Company announces that it has today purchased 27,157 ordinary shares into Treasury at 380.00 pence per share.
Following the transaction the Company holds 48,818,047 shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 232,815,863 The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
