Darktrace plc (DARK.L) ("Darktrace") announces that on 26 October 2023 it purchased the following number of Darktrace ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("the Shares") on the Exchange (as defined in the Rules of the London Stock Exchange) pursuant to its Share Buyback Programme, the details of which were announced on 1 February 2023.

Lowest price paid per Share: 342.2 pence per share
