Ordinary Shares

Pursuant to the authority given to the Company by shareholders, the Company announces that it has purchased ordinary shares of 20p each as follows:

Date of purchase: 10th February 2017

Number of ordinary shares purchased: 20,000

The price paid was 370.75 pence per share.

The purchased shares will be cancelled today.

Following this transaction, the total number of voting rights in Robert Walters plc will be 75,073,284 excluding 4,074,000 shares held in treasury.
