Transaction in own shares
REA announces that, pursuant to the authority granted at an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders on 11 June 2013, it purchased on 13 January 2014 (through Mirabaud Securities LLP) 393 of its ordinary shares of 25p each at a price of 440p per share.
The purchased shares are held as treasury shares.
Following the purchase of such shares, REA holds 6,394 ordinary shares in treasury and has 35,078,875 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
