Rapid Realisations Fund Limited (AIM: RRF), today announces that on 5 May 2009 it purchased655,000 ordinary shares in the Company at price of 83p.

As a result of this transaction, the Company holds 810,000 ordinary shares in treasury and has59,190,000 ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held in treasury).
