HALFORDS GROUP PLC: PURCHASE OF OWN SHARES
Halfords Group PLC announces that on 19 June 2008 it purchased for cancellation 70,000 of its ordinary shares at a price of 268.173096p per ordinary share.
Following the above purchase, the Company have now bought back 21,695,986 shares for cancellation, since the 8 June 2006 when the buy back programme commenced.
