On 3 January 2017, JPMorgan Brazil Investment Trust plc purchased into Treasury 500,000 ordinary shares at 58.70 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 22,868,044 ordinary shares in Treasury. The remaining shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 38,860,854.
