Purchase of shares

The Company announces that on 7 September 2017, it purchased 73,645 of the Company's own Ordinary Shares of 1p each, representing approximately 0.07% of the issued share capital at a price of 142 pence per share for cancellation.

Following this purchase, there are now 107,581,106 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in issue.
