The Company announces that on 9 March 2018, it purchased 109,566 of the Company's own Ordinary Shares of 1p each, representing approximately 0.09 % of the issued share capital at a price of 140 pence per share for cancellation.

Following this purchase, there are now 118,574,174 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in issue.
