The Company announces that, on 13th March 2018, it purchased into Treasury 184,000 Ordinary Shares at GBP7.8668 per share.
Following the transaction, the Company holds 5,067,711 Ordinary Shares in Treasury.
The shares in issue, less the total number of Treasury Shares, is 272,851,242. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
