At the Annual General Meeting of Man Group plc (the "Company") held on 5 May 2023, shareholders approved a resolution to purchase up to 124,190,442 ordinary shares of the Company. Accordingly, the Company announces that the US$125 million share buyback programme announced on 9 March 2023 has recommenced and that the following number of its ordinary shares of 3 3/7 US cents have been purchased.
