Managed Income

The Company has today purchased 95,430 Managed Income shares into Treasury at 81.16 pence per share.

 

Following the transaction the Company holds 18,495,862 Managed Income shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Income shares in issue less the total number of Managed Income shares in Treasury 79,000,942.

 

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
