Transaction in own shares
GCP Infra today announces that pursuant to the general authority granted by shareholders of the Company at the annual general meeting on 12 February 2026 to make market purchases of its own ordinary shares, it repurchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") through Canaccord Genuity Limited:

Following this transaction, the Company has in issue 884,797,669 ordinary shares of which 81,835,114 are held in treasury.
For reporting purposes under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules the market should exclude any shares held in treasury and should use the figure of 802,962,555 voting rights when determining if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company.
Since the announcement of the share buyback programme on 12 December 2024, the Company has purchased 64,850,095 Ordinary Shares in aggregate for treasury.
