The Company announces that on 8 February 2018, it purchased 215,497 of the Company's own Ordinary Shares of 1p each, representing approximately 0.18% of the issued share capital at a price of 141 pence per share for cancellation.

Following this purchase, there are now 118,683,740 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in issue.
