Michael Page International plc (the "Company") announces that on 14 September 2010 it purchased 100,000 of its Ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("shares") at a price of 448.15 pence per share.
The Company intends to hold these shares in Treasury.
Following the purchase of these shares, the Company holds 3,709,658 of its shares in Treasury and has 320,590,859 shares in issue (excluding Treasury shares).
