Transaction in own shares

Caledonia Investments plc ("the Company") announces that on 3 May 2013 it purchased from Winterflood Securities Limited 23,169 of its own ordinary shares of 5p each at an average price of 1818.63 pence per share. The purchased shares will be cancelled.

Following the above purchase, the Company's issued share capital includes 56,127,881 ordinary shares of 5p each with voting rights.
