Transaction in own shares

Huntsworth PLC announces that, on 14th September 2011, it purchased through Numis Securities Limited 10,000 ordinary shares of 1p each at a price of 57.75 pence per share. The highest price and the lowest price paid for these shares was 58 and 57.5 pence respectively. The purchased shares will all be held as treasury shares.

Following the above purchase, the Company holds 2,754,790 ordinary shares in Treasury and has a total of 245,158,224 ordinary shares of 1p each (excluding shares held in Treasury) in issue. The number of ordinary shares purchased represented approximately 0.004% of the voting rights attributable to the total ordinary shares in issue prior to such purchases.
