Transaction in Own Shares

The Company announces that, following the exercise of employee share options, it has today transferred 2,500 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") to a participant in its employee share option scheme, which were previously held in treasury.

The Company also announces that today it purchased 2,500 Ordinary Shares at a price of 521.5 pence per share, which it intends to hold in treasury.

Following the above transaction, the Company continues to hold 541,956 Ordinary shares as treasury shares and its total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights remains at 12,599,911.
