Market Purchase of the Company's Own Shares

Notification is given that pursuant to the authority granted at the General Meeting of the Company held on 22 February 2010 to make market purchases of the Company's own shares, market purchases totalling 10,000 ordinary shares of GBP0.0000001 each ("Shares") in the capital of the Company were made on 24 June 2010 at a price of GBP2.95 per share.

These shares will be held as treasury shares.

Following the above, the Company holds 50,000 Shares in treasury. The number of Shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) following the above, and the figure to be used as the denominator for calculations of interests in the Company's voting rights, is 5,658,720 Shares. The Company also has in issue 49,735 A shares of GBP0.49999995 each and 49,735 B shares of GBP0.49999995 each, neither of which is admitted to trading on AIM.
