Transaction in Own Shares

The Company announces that on 15 April 2015 it acquired 18,750 Ordinary Shares at an average price of 398p per share to hold in Treasury.

The Company now has in issue 11,122,000 Ordinary Shares of which 47,250 are held in Treasury. The Company will continue to purchase its own shares for Treasury when appropriate, and in accordance with the authority granted by its Members.
