TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES

International Personal Finance plc announces that on 8 September 2014 it purchased, to be held as treasury shares, 87,225 ordinary shares at an average price of 521.3105 pence per share. The highest price paid per share was 528 pence and the lowest price paid per share was 514 pence.

Following the purchase and non-cancellation of these ordinary shares, the number of ordinary shares held as treasury shares is 4,539,674 and the number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) is 235,165,422.
