Managed Growth

The Company has today purchased 22,384 Managed Growth shares into Treasury at 705.00 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 8,085,544 Managed Growth shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Growth shares in issue less the total number of Managed Growth shares in Treasury is 30,225,175.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.

Managed Income

The Company has today purchased 53,077 Managed Income shares into Treasury at 80.00 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 15,287,446 Managed Income shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Income shares in issue less the total number of Managed Income shares in Treasury is 83,183,740.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
