Purchase of Own Securities
On 30 September 2022, the Company purchased 151,600 ordinary shares at a price of 969.5691p. The shares purchased will be held in Treasury.
Following the purchase of the above shares 219,128,065 ordinary shares of 5p each will remain in issue. The Monks Investment Trust PLC will hold 17,325,794 ordinary shares in Treasury.
