Across the UK and Ireland the grant of additional Bolt-on Franchise Licensesremains encouraging and at a higher rate than in the previous year. Progress in the grant of international Master Licences is reflected in thecommencement of operations in Iceland. The License has been granted to KVOS hfwho, as well as dominating the Icelandic print market, have extensive printinginterests in North America, Scandinavia and Eastern Europe.
