Lavendon Group PLC16 January 2008 LAVENDON GROUP PLC Total Voting Rights In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6,Lavendon Group plc ("Lavendon Group" or the "Company") is required to notify themarket of the following:- As at 31 December 2007, Lavendon Group's capital consisted of 43,989,407ordinary shares of one pence each, with voting rights. The Company does not holdany shares in Treasury. The above figure (43,989,407) may be used by shareholders as the denominator forthe calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notifytheir interest in, or a change to their interest in Lavendon Group under theFSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
